Goals

The purpose of the IIDCA Foundation General Administration Committee is to ensure efficient and transparent management of resources, processes and operations that facilitate the fulfillment of the foundation's objectives. Its main activities include the administration of financial resources, supervision of infrastructure and logistics, implementation of administrative policies, and budget and financial control.

The impact it seeks to achieve is to maximize the use of resources, optimize internal processes, and guarantee effective support to the other committees, which will contribute to a more organized and sustainable operation within the foundation. This will allow IIDCA to expand its reach and increase the effectiveness of its programs in the field of fitness, wellness and health.
