Aquapilates Academy

From an early age, my life has been marked by a constant struggle against physical challenges. I was born with a spinal pathology that led me to explore the world of physical therapy from a very young age. The search for improvement in my quality of life led me to immerse myself in the topic of injuries and rehabilitation, making it an essential part of my daily life.

It was during this rehabilitation process that I discovered the Pilates method, initially as part of my physical therapy. I fell in love with its benefits and how it transformed my physical and mental well-being. I decided to become an instructor, not only to improve my own health, but also to help others professionally.

Over time, I discovered physical rehabilitation therapies and Pilates adapted to water, which became my allies in reducing my pain and improving my quality of life significantly. This discovery motivated me to dedicate myself professionally and develop the Aquapilates methodology.

My commitment to Aquapilates led me to become an instructor trainer for this beautiful discipline. Throughout my career, I have explored and mastered various modalities of Pilates, but my passion for its adaptation to the aquatic environment has been one of the deepest. I firmly believe in the unique benefits that water offers for the practice of Pilates and I am committed to sharing this knowledge with other fitness professionals and enthusiasts.

In 2019, I founded my online Aquapilates academy with the aim of making teaching easier and sharing my passion with a wider audience. Through this platform, I have had the privilege of connecting with people from all over the world, thus expanding the reach and impact of this wonderful discipline.

My commitment is to provide resources, knowledge and ongoing support to those who wish to immerse themselves in the world of Aquapilates. I am passionate about guiding other professionals on their path to specialization and working together to incorporate this discipline into more classes and therapies, benefiting a wide variety of individuals and special populations.

My journey towards Aquapilates instructor training has been an amalgamation of personal challenges, professional discoveries and an unwavering passion for improving the quality of life of others. I am deeply committed to this cause and excited for the road ahead.
