Alvaro Mujica Edgardo Alexis is the CEO of the American Physical Sport Trainers Association “APSTA” and founder of Body Fit Group, with experience as a trainer since 1990.

In his professional training he has trained with world leaders in the industry such as Fabio Saba, Murillo Guerra, Mauro Guisellini, Susy Stone, Richie Machowski, Joel Greco, Claudio Aguilar, Gabriela Retamar, Cristina Musumessi, Takimika, Jessica Espósito, Tim Minnik, Cory Everson, Jeff Everson, Rick Gaspari, Dorian Yates, Lee Labrada and Arnold Schwarzenegger, among others.

A long career as a trainer is accompanied by similar training in renowned schools such as NSCA-CPT, ORTHOS, ISAF, NCSF-CPT, СЕАС, FIVE STAR, EREDA, ERA, AADA, IFTA, IFBB INTERNATIONAL, LES MILLS INTERNATIONAL among others.

Among his main trainings, he has a degree in Nutrition from the “Atlantic International University” with specializations such as Sports Supplementation, Pharmacology, Master in Biomechanics, Periodization of training with IFBB, he is an ISAK Anthropometrist, a Sports Massage Therapist, he has completed Specializations in Injuries and various Pilates training with international recognition, in addition to all types of Group Fitness and Personal Trainer training with the schools named above.
