Professional occupation:

Knowledge acquired: Mastery of the Nordic Walking technique applied to the FITTREk method, integrating biomechanics and physical conditioning to improve performance and prevent injuries. Understanding of the A.E.D. methodology that encourages learning, teaching and progressive development in Nordic Walking. Knowledge of specific biomechanics to optimize efficiency and control in walking. Application of sports psychology principles to motivate and adapt learning in the teaching of physical activities.

Developed skills: Ability to teach Nordic Walking techniques with adaptations for different levels, using clear instructions and postural correction. Competence in the application of the A.E.D. methodology, strengthening self-confidence and progression in instructors. Skill in biomechanical assessment to adjust movements and prevent injuries. Management of sports psychology techniques to motivate, emotionally support and promote enriching learning.
