For 20 years looking for a way to help people to be
healthy and happy, in an integral way. Starting with physical health
training in Instructorship in fitness and training at the ACJ, constantly updating and adding disciplines such as Nutrition Sports with Francis Holway, aquatic fitness with Aqua MVD, TRX suspension training, then adding Yoga in the Uruguayan Yoga Association to add a spiritual vein to what I already did.

Later she received a degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology of the University of the Republic, with the idea of rounding out this path from a theoretical framework focused on the psychic/emotional.

He has a variety of training in alternative therapies such as Evolutionary Psychological Astrology at the Astrotherapeutic School (Chile), Yogatherapy at
Deep yoga Academy (Bali), reading of Akashic Records at the School
Latin American Association of Akashic Record Readers, Usui Reiki.

He has participated and collaborated in the organization and presentation of different activities such as retreats, training camps, courses and much more.

Today, he is dedicated to accompanying people in their dispute resolution processes conflicts in a path of self-knowledge, consciousness, evolution
emotional, healing

Since 2023, he has moved to Buzios in Brazil to carry out a project that is one of his great dreams: Having his inn that serves as a retreat for people seeking a change in their lives, applying the concept of "Wellness Tourism", and a space for recreation and Fitness training.
