Juan Carlos Armella is the Delegate of Argentina in the IIDCA. He is Deputy National delegate C.E.F.ME. Argentina and founder and member of APEF, Association of Teachers and Students in Physical Education.

Armella among his most outstanding formations is a University Degree in Physical Activity and Sports-First Promotion UFLO-Argentina (from the first promotion); Municipal Technician in Sports and National Professor for people with Intellectual Disabilities.

As a trainer, he is a speaker at numerous international events, and is an outstanding trainer and organizer of events in the Olavarria-Azul-Tandil-C area. Weaver-Bolivar-T. Lauquen- August 30- C. Casares, Pehuajó, Rio Negro, Córdoba, Misiones, etc; and is convened by State and Private agencies. Spaces: Values, Physical Education and Social Integration, Attention to Diversity, Recreation.
