I am Rouddy J. Suárez, a passionate entrepreneur of Venezuelan origin, residing in Spain for the last 17 years. The IIDCA has appointed me as Delegate of Spain and I am currently part of the Education and Employability Commissions as a trainer of Entrepreneurs, as well as the IIDCA Business Incubator Commission as the Specialist in Mentoring and Networks.

My career in advertising and digital marketing has led me to become an architect of brand transformation.

My career began in the dynamic world of advertising and digital marketing, where I led my own advertising company for almost 10 years and, in addition, I have worked with various companies and organizations to transform their brands and enhance their presence in the market. With an innovative vision and strategic approach, I have managed to develop and execute advertising campaigns that not only achieve, but exceed established objectives.

But my career goes beyond strategies and advertising campaigns; My personal journey has been a constant self-discovery that has propelled me toward growth, motivation, and emotional intelligence. I deeply believe in the power of personal and professional transformation, and that is why I have directed my passion far beyond promoting brands; I have discovered in me the desire to contribute positively to people, helping them in some way to empower themselves.
