Professor JUAN HOJAS DOMINGUEZ is Cuban/Venezuelan.  He holds a PhD in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and a Master's Degree in Sports Management and Administration.

Professor Hojas Dominguez is a specialist in Sports Management and Administration, Bachelor of Physical Culture, Professor of Physical Education and Sports, from Havana, Cuba, Bachelor of Education, Mention physical education, UNESR, in Venezuela, and Specialist in Education, Mention, Physical Education, UNESR, in Venezuela.

As a Teacher he has served as an Assistant Professor. International School of Physical Education and Sports of Cuba, (EIEFD), Coordinator of the Master's Degree in Sports Management of the EIEFD, Cuba. He has also been Director of the Boxing Academy of Havana, Technical Chief of the National Triathlon Commission of Cuba.  General Coordinator of Inter-institutional Affairs of Venezuela and Cuba. He has also been Methodological Coordinator of High Performance Sports in the State of Guárico, Venezuela, Physical Trainer of the National Youth Climbing Team in Venezuela.

He developed work as Advisor for High Performance Sports in several states of Venezuela, Technical Advisor of the University Sports Federation in Venezuela, Advisor of physical preparation in Gyms in Venezuela and other countries.

He is an international lecturer in Diplomas, Masters, workshops and courses on Sports Management and Organization and Sports Preparation Systems in Mexico, Colombia, Cuba and Venezuela.

He has given online lectures in Colombia and Venezuela, on High Performance.  
Professor of the Master's Degree in Sports Management of the UPEL Maracay. Professor of the Master's Degree in Recreation at upEL Maracay. Professor of the Specialization in Sports Management, of the UPEL Mácaro, Nucleus, San Juan de los Morros.

Currently Coordinates the Specialization of Physical Education, of the National Experimental University of the Magisterium (UNEM) He has given online lectures in Colombia and Venezuela, on High Performance.  Professor of the Master's Degree in Sports Management of the UPEL Maracay. Professor of the Master's Degree in Recreation at upEL Maracay. Professor of the Specialization in Sports Management, of the UPEL Mácaro, Nucleus, San Juan de los Morros. Currently Coordinates the Specialization of Physical Education, of the National Experimental University of the Magisterium (UNEM)

His link with International Organizations is extensive. He is now IIDCA Ambassador for Venezuela but has also been Vice President of the Latin American Association of Sports Management (ALGEDE).

He is an Active Member of the Center for Research in Physical Education, Sport, Health, Recreation and Dance of the UPEL Maracay, EDUFISADRED, Active Member of the research line: Management and Sociology and of the Line: Pedagogical and Technological Innovations in Physical Culture. Member of the Venezuelan Association of Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (AVECAFIDE).
Member of the Association, Colombian Network of Physical Education Teachers (ARCOPREF).

He has developed numerous publications and training manuals for bodybuilders and high-performance athletes, as well as on sports management and Physical Education.
