Fatima Alvarez is Director of Fitness Business Masters and IIDCA Delegate for Peru. With more than 13 years of experience in managing people to achieve objectives as Head of Sales Operations, she certifies with the COPC Standard at an international level, working with different countries which have allowed her to know the culture and understand their needs.

With 6 years in the Fitness World, certified by EPB, a company that was previously endorsed by IIDCA, promoting healthy habits working for the UNMSM, Ministry of the Interior, different gyms, and currently has a Ballroom, which allows me to teach in a personalized way the different choreographies of its authorship.

In her role as Delegate, she provides advice for dance fitness programs, organizing them both educationally and commercially. From the IIDCA embassy, and in the role of delegate, she develops marketing plans for entrepreneurs and gym owners. Together with IIDCA, it will work to support fitness programs that can be endorsed by IIDCA under world quality standards.
