Since 2018, with our Master Trainer Mariano Moreno, we have developed a Nordic Walking Instructor Course in online mode, structured so that anyone and from anywhere can take it.

We are sure that this course is one of the few existing and, at the same time, the most complete that you can find in this format. The experience accumulated after having taught Nordic walking in person to several thousand people and with more than 300 trained instructors, supports us.

If you like Nordic walking and want to learn at your own pace and from home, this is the best option to become a Nordic walking instructor. You may also act as a volunteer or benevolent guide for your family, friends, association or club.

This course, as you can understand, is not a formal education. Currently there is only specific regulated training in Nordic walking in Spain. It is the one taught by the federative Mountain Schools of some Autonomous Communities. The rest of the training on this sport are offered by associations or private schools similar to URBAN WALKING® and with the same academic validity.

If you are already an exercise, mountain or health professional, you only have to follow our course and you will be able to offer this activity of great diffusion and demand to your clients.

This Nordic Walking Instructor course is based on the FITTREK method, one of the most versatile that you can find, as it addresses the techniques of American, Finnish and other origins of cane handling, which will also be very useful.

It consists of eight text training modules, as differentiated parts. The technique is also reflected in abundant videos and complementary material. All this to offer you appropriate knowledge of the technique itself, where you will delve into the FITTREK method and logically address necessary knowledge directly related to teaching.
