In the IIDCA Foundation organizational chart, the organizational structure can be seen as follows:

Board of Directors / Administrative Council: This is the highest authority, responsible for the supervision and strategic decision-making of the foundation.

President: Leads the organization and is in charge of coordinating the actions of the different departments. Reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Secretary General and Treasurer: These are roles that directly support the President, responsible for specific administrative functions. The Secretary General is responsible for document management and internal organization, while the Treasurer manages financial resources.

Activities Department: This is the area in charge of the execution of the foundation's initiatives and programs. It supervises the operational teams of the different areas.

Work Commissions: This group manages the foundation's projects and programs in different specialized areas.

Council of Ambassadors: Forms a group of representatives that helps promote the foundation's mission and values, probably through external relations and visibility initiatives.

Administrative and Volunteer Departments: These support teams are responsible for internal management (administration) and the handling of volunteers who collaborate in the foundation's activities and events.

This organizational chart shows a hierarchical structure that facilitates the organization of functions and allows for clear and efficient supervision in each area of the foundation.
