The Employability Subcommittee within the Education and Employability Commission of the IIDCA Foundation aims to promote training and professional development in the fitness and wellness sector, facilitating access to job opportunities and strengthening the employability of professionals.

Director of Employability (General Coordination): Leads and coordinates the activities of the subcommittee, supervising the programs and tools implemented to promote employability. This role is crucial to ensure that the activities of the subcommittee are aligned with the strategic objectives of the Foundation.

Entrepreneur Training Coordinator: His responsibility is to develop specific programs for entrepreneurs in the field of fitness and wellness. This coordinator supports those who wish to start their own businesses, providing training and resources that promote sustainable entrepreneurship.

Personal and Professional Development Coordinator: Manages workshops, training and programs focused on personal growth and the development of professional skills of participants, improving their employment opportunities and job performance.

Employable Technological Tools (Goal V): Includes the implementation of advanced technologies and digital resources that facilitate the acquisition of technical and digital skills. These tools are designed so that professionals in the sector can adapt to current market demands.

Director of Professional Departments: Coordinates specialized departments, such as Combat, Dance and Cycling. Each department focuses on professionalization and training in specific areas, providing training and certifications to instructors and professionals in these fields.

The subcommittee, through these functions, seeks to improve the skills of professionals and prepare them for a competitive labor market in the fitness and wellness industry, promoting networking, collaboration and innovation.
