Aerolatino is a dance fitness class that combines Latin American rhythms and dance styles, such as salsa, merengue, bachata, cha-cha-cha, samba, reggaeton, lambada, and cumbia. It is a low-impact, high-energy workout that is fun and enjoyable for all levels of fitness.
Aerolatino classes are typically 60 minutes long and start with a warm-up. The class then moves on to a series of cardio-based dance routines that are choreographed to Latin music. The routines are designed to be challenging but fun, and they help to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, and flexibility.
